Caregiver Training Institute offers FREE, NO-OBLIGATION orientation sessions where you can learn about our programs, the required prerequisites, get answers to your questions, and register for upcoming classes.
Monthly Orientation Schedules
1st & 3rd Tuesday – 2:00 PM – for those interested in the NA-1 Program ONLY. Only 40 seats available per orientation.
2nd & 4th Thursday – 2:00 PM – for those interested in the CNA2 Program ONLY. Only 40 seats available per orientation.
1st & 3rd Saturday – 11:00 AM – for those interested in the NA-1 Program ONLY. Only 40 seats available per orientation.

REGISTERING FOR CLASSES
Step 1 – Call Caregiver Training Institute to schedule an Orientation Session. Orientation sessions are required by the OSBN and it is mandatory that students attend an orientation session prior to the first day of class.
Step 2 – Complete the Registration Paperwork at the Orientation Session.
Each Orientation Sessions is held at a different location, depending on the size of the group and which class a student is interested in. Please contact the office to obtain information about upcoming sessions and directions to the orientation location.
ITEMS TO BRING TO ORIENTATION:
All Students need to bring:
- Photo ID
- CPR Card, if available
- TB Test Results, if available
- Current / Past Address History
CNA2 Students need to bring all of the above PLUS:
- CNA Registry Information (you can print it by going here: OSBN License Verification)
Med Aide Students to bring all of the above PLUS:
- Copy of Nursing Assistant Training Program Certificate
- Letter from Employer Verifying Minimum of 960 Hours Employment as a CNA
NOTE: Payment is no longer accept at orientation. To reserve your seat in a specific class, payment can be made before or after orientation by phone or in person at the office, during regular business hours. We accept cash, check, debit cards, most major credit cards and money orders. We cannot take American Express.
